A bit more about Karen...
Karen's background was in care and then she moved to education where she has been for the last 20 years.
Her Catitude journey started with a cry for help to Ally: "What do I do?!" With Ally's help and support she helped her first two foster cats (Micky and Mr T) through to adoption and a forever home.
Her view is that every cat we foster and prepare for a new life not only changes their lives but our own - and for the better. It's an opportunity not afforded to everyone.
Karen is known as a crazy cat lady, and if ever there is a conversation about cats going on, she's there. Besides the cats she fosters, she has several of her own. Ask Karen if she has any hobbies and you'll always get the same answer: "Yes. Cats!”
