My story (so far...)
Mimi is an adorable six-month-old kitten with a heart full of love and a purr that will melt your soul. She has come from a very turbulent home and hasn't had the best start in life. Having been left alone for long periods, she is now craving the love, stability, and gentle care she truly deserves.
Mimi is super friendly, affectionate, and loves to cuddle and be petted. She adores being with her humans and will love to snuggle in bed with you. She’s looking for someone who will give her full access to the home and a special spot on the bed where she can feel safe and loved.
She needs a home full of love and patience, where someone can give her lots of time and gentle attention to help her settle and feel secure. A calm and peaceful environment would be ideal for her healing and happiness.
To help her build confidence and bond, a young, playful feline companion could also be a wonderful addition. However, Mimi has not met other cats before, so introductions should be done very slowly and carefully. With kittens born recently at a shelter, in foster, or who are very young, we can tell their age within a few weeks, as they develop so rapidly. Sometimes we get adult cats whose previous owners know their age and that's great...but it's not the norm.
99% of the time, we have zero information about a cat, and their age can only be a "Best Guess" based on their condition, overall appearance, and the state of their teeth. We completely understand that you want this information, and since you will need a date of birth for insurance, so we will do our best. But it is generally only going to be an educated guess from our vets.
