Very special home needed

Please only apply if you meet the criteria. We know that sounds ungrateful, but honestly it's to ensure Frank has everything he needs.

Everyone, meet little Frank.

Frank is one of the baby beans that was rescued recently. He’s still only little at around 12 weeks old but sadly still remembers the abuse that he has suffered.

When the baby beans were brought into the vets, they all huddled in a corner absolutely petrified. But Frank stood tall in front of them. He protected the smaller beans and did his best to keep them safe. Frank was one of the biggest kittens and knew he needed to help the little ones.

However, being the protector came at a cost!

The cost?

It’s abundantly clear that he’s taken the brunt of any abuse. He’s safe in foster with all the beans, he plays with his friends, he chows down his food and to look at him from a distance he appears completely normal. Heartbreakingly though, anytime you go near him he runs and hides. He cowers away if you move to quickly or when a hand comes towards him. Picking him up is a game of cat and mouse...but with his role reversed.

Now, he is gradually learning to trust every single day and is coming on leaps and bounds thanks to his foster family. He’s found that not all hoomans will hurt him. He’s learning that life could actually be quite nice. But he’s still got a massive way to go. What crushes our hearts is that this kitten only knew abuse and cruelty. He’s never really known affection, kindness or patience and he’s never known love before

We are really hoping that we can find a fabulous family that will teach him what endless love and devotion looks like. Someone who will shower him with affection while giving him the time, patience and kindness to find his little paws. To allow Frank to be just a normal kitten doing normal kitten things, and not having to live with any trauma.

Frank deserves the world and more. They all do.

With Frank being a kitten, he will need a supportive "buddy" system in place, and that can't just come in the form of hoomans: he desparately needs another cat that will take him under their wing and give him all the support that he needs. Also, currently, loud noises or swift movements scare him, so we feel moving forward this is what Frank needs:-

A calm, quiet, adult only home

Someone with time, patience, understanding and kindness

A furry support system to take him under their wing.

Possibly someone that works from home that can also give him extra time

 Access to the outdoors when he's old and confident enough, as he has known an outside life.

Frank has had his first vaccine (the second one is scheduled shortly), he's microchipped, flea and wormed, has a clean health check certificate and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. He will be neutered when he’s old enough.
